Making the impact of a gift visible before it is given. A rebuilt donation experience for an ocean non-profit: suggested amounts, tax relief calculated live, clear allocation, and a donor record created in the CRM automatically.

Approach

Legibility of impact.

The association wanted to rebuild its whole donation system. Over a little more than a year, I put a new ecosystem in place: the donation page, the CRM behind it, and the automations between the two.

The form shows what a gift pays for, calculates the tax relief as the amount changes, and states where the money goes. Every gift creates a donor record in the CRM without anyone copying data by hand.
